The size and spread of our managed portfolio as at 1st July 2002 is detailed below. Our geographic spread of managed leases sees the company providing lease management in every state and capital city, as well as many regional locations around Australia.
The diversity of our leased portfolio only adds to our experience of dealing with almost every issue faced by the lessee, regardless of the location of the property.
The size of the portfolio means that the company is constantly acting against all major property trusts and property management companies Australia wide. This provides efficiencies to our client base, as these continuing relationships are often the conduit to the quick and professional resolution of difficult and costly issues.
Many clients also use our customised lease management system to capture and report on their leases in offshore locations. They have found that these reports allow for better total strategic planning and management of their commitments.
